As one of Iran’s most important cultural and artistic institutions, the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (IIDCYA) has produced and published valuable works in the field of children’s literature and illustration across different decades. The present study examines and compares the visual structure of children’s book covers and illustrative works published by the Institute during the 2000s and 2010s, with the aim of identifying their similarities and differences. The main objective is to comparatively analyse the visual characteristics of these works and investigate the formation and development of their visual language across the two decades under study. The primary research question concerns the characteristics of the visual structure of children’s book covers and illustrative works produced by the Institute during these decades, as well as the similarities and differences between them. In terms of purpose, this research is fundamental, while methodologically it adopts a qualitative, descriptive-analytical, and comparative approach. Data were collected through library and documentary research, drawing on written sources and selected visual samples. The works were analysed according to criteria including the visual characteristics of character creation, line, composition and form, colour, and their relationship to the historical and cultural context of each period. The findings indicate that, despite shared characteristics in the use of visual language, the works differ in the organisation of visual elements, modes of visual narration, and approaches to execution. Furthermore, a comparison of the two decades reveals significant developments and increasing diversity in the visual expression and cover design of the Institute’s publications. تصویرسازی و طراحی روی جلد از عناصر مهم ارتباط بصری در کتاب های کودک و نوجوان به شمار می روند و نقش مؤثری در جلب توجه مخاطب، انتقال مفاهیم و شکل دهی به دریافت اولیه از محتوای اثر دارند. کانون پرورش فکری کودکان و نوجوانان، به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین نهادهای فرهنگی و هنری ایران، طی دهه های مختلف آثار ارزشمندی در زمینه کتاب کودک و تصویرسازی تولید و منتشر کرده است. مسئله پژوهش حاضر، بررسی و مقایسه ساختار بصری روی جلد کتاب های کانون و آثار تصویرسازی کودکان در دهه های ۱۳۸۰ و ۱۳۹۰ و شناسایی وجوه اشتراک و افتراق آن هاست. هدف پژوهش، تحلیل تطبیقی ویژگی های ساختار بصری این آثار و بررسی چگونگی شکل گیری زبان تصویری آن ها در دو دهه مورد مطالعه است. پرسش اصلی پژوهش این است که ساختار بصری روی جلد کتاب های کودک و آثار تصویرسازی کانون در دهه های مورد نظر چه ویژگی هایی دارد و چه شباهت ها و تفاوت هایی میان آن ها قابل شناسایی است؟ پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، بنیادی و از نظر روش، کیفی و توصیفی–تحلیلی با رویکرد تطبیقی است. داده ها به شیوه کتابخانه ای و اسنادی و با بررسی منابع مکتوب و نمونه های تصویری منتخب گردآوری و بر اساس شاخص هایی همچون ویژگی های بصری خلق شخصیت، خطوط، ترکیب بندی و فرم در تصویر، رنگ و قرارگیری در دوره های مختلف تحلیل شده اند. نتایج نشان می دهد که آثار مورد مطالعه، ضمن برخورداری از ویژگی های مشترک در بهره گیری از زبان تصویری، در نحوه سازمان دهی عناصر بصری، شیوه روایت تصویری و رویکردهای اجرایی تفاوت هایی دارند. همچنین، مقایسه دو دهه بیانگر تحول و تنوع در شیوه های بیان تصویری و طراحی روی جلد آثار کانون است. https://www.jam.apadana.ac.ir/downloadfilepdf/379492
